Welcome to A&A HomeCare Cleaning LLC! We are committed to providing top-tier, reliable cleaning solutions tailored specifically to your property (p. 1). To ensure a seamless experience for both our team and our clients, we operate under the following standard business policies:

 

 

Custom, Project-Based Pricing

  • No Rigid Time Limits: We price strictly by the project, condition, and specific tasks required—not by the hour. We don't watch the clock; we stay until the job is done right.

  • On-Site Walkthroughs Required: Every home is unique. We require a brief, free on-site walkthrough before your first service to evaluate the space and your specific needs.

  • Digital Proposals: After your walkthrough, we will email you a custom quote along with our electronic Client Service Agreement (p. 3). All quotes must be digitally signed before your cleaning session can be formally confirmed (pp. 3, 6).

 

 

Property Access & Lockouts

  • Safe Entry: Clients must provide reliable access to the property via a physical key, door code, or lockbox (p. 5).

  • Lockout Fee: If our team arrives and is locked out or unable to access the property, a $50 lockout fee will apply to cover travel costs and lost scheduling time (p. 5).

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

  • 24-Hour Notice: We value our crew's time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance (p. 6).

  • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of service may incur a $50 fee (p. 6)

 

 

Payment Terms

  • Due Upon Completion: Payment is due immediately after your cleaning service is finished (p. 4).

  • Accepted Payments: We accept cash, checks (payable to A&A HomeCare Cleaning LLC), Venmo, and secure digital payment links (p. 4).

  • Late Balances: A $25 daily late fee will automatically apply to any outstanding balances remaining unpaid past the date of service (p. 4).

 

 

Safety & Service Limits

  • Safety First: For the safety of our team members, we do not climb ladders higher than 2 steps, move heavy furniture, or clean hazardous biological materials (including mold, pests, or bodily fluids) (pp. 3, 5).

  • Weather & Outdoors: Exterior and outdoor areas are only serviced when weather conditions are safe and the spaces are fully accessible (p. 4).

 

 

24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority! If any area within your agreed scope of work was missed, simply notify us within 24 hours of completion (p. 6). We will gladly return to re-clean the area entirely free of charge (p. 6).
